The autumn Circuit Walk took place on Saturday 28th October and was led by Pete Hutchinson. Pete writes
'The walk began at the Methodist Church in Slaley village and headed west through the Dukesfield farm lands to Wester Byers. Then it followed the long distance trail in 'A Pennine Journey' alongside the River Devil's Water to Pethfoot Bridge. We took a change in direction passing by Shield Hall and onwards to Holly Hill, finishing back at Slaley for teas and coffees. A good time was had by all on their 9 mile hike.
Walkers came from Corbridge, Catton, Prudhoe and Hexham West End Methodist Churches. The picture was taken at the millennium time capsule seat at Slaley village.
