Jane's Birthday

On Tuesday 7th November at our regular Coffee Drop In we had a presentation about Operation Christmas Child and saw slides showing the delight on children's faces when they receive a shoe box filled with goodies. To support the work of this charity we had a stall of homemade preserves, cakes and bric-a-brac and this raised a substantial amount for this worthy cause.
To add to the occasion Jane was presented with a cake the picture of which is attached – a very apt design for Jane to receive and with it came the very best wishes for her 50th birthday which she celebrates in a few days.
